WHAT OUR EDUCATORS SAY
I am learning a lot about my career, I will be a great asset SOON. It is a flexible environment where one don't need much supervision but rather take ownership of what they have been employed to do. I can see the light on the vision of the school. What I like more is that the head is hands on in everything which makes a huge impact in understanding what is expected from everyone rather than just command & not understanding each one's role.
That my passion flows through the same ethics and vision. I am given the freedom to bring in the animals for the children and that my position also allows me the autonomy to motivate and influence the capacities of my staff and enhance my school environment. I am close to my home ,so travelling is minimum ,my focus is on my school in time management.I love the Little Ashford name and what we stand for .
What I like the most about working at Little Ashford is the team I am part of. The principal. The improvements made to the school. That we are allowed to be individual and unique. Good communication within the team. Our Online school is shared with local and international families. I have found the videos age appropriate and user friendly!
WHAT OUR PARENTS SAY
Amazing school!! Rachel has enjoyed every day and has flourished under the guidance of the Little Ashford Sandton team. I am so grateful to you all and looking forward to seeing Jax enjoy his time with you all! Thank you!!
Big ups to the staff, they are the best. They are friendly, always greet with a smile. You always feel the love the minute you drive into the school. I like that we were always updated on what's happening at the school. The Principal is always there to assist. I didn't have worries about leaving my daughter everyday because I knew that she's at a safe place. We will surely miss all of you guys.
Our son had been out of school since lockdown. He's only been at Little Ashford for a month, but the change in him is extraordinary. He is a happier, more confident child, more so than at his old school. We are grateful that he was ablento experience such a wonderful and caring environment. We truly believe that his time at Little Ashford has set him up well to transition into "big school".
